Sorry we do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please shop mindfully.

All sales are final. Dos Lobos does not accept returns or exchanges unless a product or garment arrives to you faulty upon delivery.

*Dos Lobos is not responsible for shipping charges related to the item/s being returned. 


Dos lobos checks the quality of all items before shipping.

If you have received an item that is not up to our standards, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at info@doslobosofficial.com and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

*Please be aware that many of our garments adorn intentional hand-embellished features such as cuts and tears along hem lines, torn edges on patch embroidery and intentionally distressed parts of the fabric which form part of the actual design of the garment. These features may also become accentuated with washing and wear over time to appear further ulcerated, aged & distressed, we do not consider this a fault of the product, but a design feature. Features that often add additional costs to such garments due to the extra time and manual labour that goes into them.

PLEASE NOTE: All items are to be returned in clean unused packaging. Your item/s must have all tags attached with no visible signs of damage or wear; pulls, snags, stretching, stains or odour.  If your item is not returned in the above condition and therefore does not pass our quality check you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item/s back. We will be in touch upon receiving your package. 


Dos Lobos is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it is shipped from our facility. In addition, packages that say delivered that have not arrived fall in the lost, damaged and stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.
